After a sight delay, the league picked back up with Week 7 action.
Paul, mired in 5th place, hosted first place John and took care of business, winning 3 of 4. In John’s only win, he put up 19 runs on three touchdowns and one two-point conversion. Paul took game 3 with a Jose Altuve walkoff homer after John had tied the score in the top of the 9th.
Chris and Phil split 4 games. In game 2, Phil came back to score 3 runs in the bottom of the 9th to win 6-5. The big hit was a bases-clearing triple by Trevor Story.
Bob and Mark split 4 games. In game 3, Luis Castillo and Alex Colome combined on a 2-hit shutout for Mark.
Robert took 3 of 4 from Dougald. Dougald’s lone win was in game 2, when Shane Bieber and the bullpen outdueled Patrick Corbin, 2-1.
Rich took 3 of 4 from Tim. In the first game, Gleyber Torres hit a walkoff homer in the bottom of the 11th off of Adam Ottavino to clinch the victory.
