Congratulations to Chris Fitzpatrick for being crowned champion of the Clinton Strat-O-Matic League for 2018.
Chris won a hard-fought series against Phil in 6 games. Game 3, with Chris up 2-0 in the series, went 18 innings with Phil winning with a Joey Votto walk-off single. Chris won game 4, Phil won game 5, and then Chris won the title in Game 6 when Gary Sanchez hit two homers and Justin Smoak hit a crushing 3-run shot. In the playoffs, Chris’ team hit 25 homers in 10 games.
